I know the EXACT reason why they did that! Mainframe Entertainment has been around since the '80s! I read on the ReBoot wikia that THEY were the creators of the CGI scenes in the music video of Dire Straits' hit '80s song "Money For Nothing"! Is that awesome or what? I also know the TRUE origin of the "Twin City Explosion" at the beginning of Season 4: While creating "Money For Nothing", one of supposedly 2 Dual-Disc compuser systems suddenly and instantly crashed, explaining why there were, at one time, TWO MAINFRAMES!! Weird, huh? Get all that?
