Artist's Comments

I've been inspires lately by the Japanese plots for the Medarot games. Each game is never based off the last but uses the same familiar characters in different stories, plot lines etc. In otherwords a fresh new start for the newer fans, yet still a nice romp for the old. The manga and tv series follow the same platform and do not connect with the games. This is where I got the idea to draw with the theme of 'destiny awaits'.

I do like the end product. The night sky was a challege as I tend to do more light, bright sunny day pictures. A fun change I'd like to improve on. It's still somewhat bright as I didn't add any light reflections or shadows to the characters. In hindsight I should have tried instead of chickening out.

The hair is particularly lovely, and the perspective on the guy's arm is great. Although, is he wearing another shirt? Otherwise it looks like he has wrinkly skin on his lower arm oO

The perspective's fine, it's just the skin has too many folds X3 Makes him look wrinkly.
